No Due Process. No Explanation. Just Gone.

On March 15, 2025, a federal judge ruled that the U.S. government could not remove 261 individuals without due process.

That same day, 261 people were forcibly flown to El Salvador. No hearings. No legal representation. No chance to speak.

They were sent to CECOT, a prison condemned by human rights experts and run by a self-declared dictator.

There is no credible evidence they were criminals. No proof they were in the country illegally.

Only one has been heard from since.

These are not numbers. They are fathers, sons, brothers, uncles — people with names, stories, and families still waiting for a phone call. Children, partners, pets, and communities were left behind.

Under the U.S. Constitution, they had the right to due process. Instead, they disappeared.

This project began with the CECOT 261.

It continues because disappearances continue.

People are being removed without justice, without explanation, and without visibility.

This volunteer-driven effort exists to preserve their humanity, protect their memory, and remind the world:

They are not disposable. They deserve to come home.

How You Can Help:

  • Download and share the graphics

  • Print and mail them to your elected officials

  • Post them in your community: coffee shops, bulletin boards, street poles

  • Carry them at marches or display them on signs

  • Use them online to spread awareness

These graphics are free to use for action and awareness.

We are working to verify and publish every story. Each person matters. Each life deserves to be seen.

These are not the people shown in staged photo ops. These are the Disappeared.
Their families deserve answers. Their mothers deserve to know they are alive.

We hope they are safe. We are fighting for their return.

This project is a collaboration with FightWithFacts.com.

Let’s make sure the world doesn’t forget them.

The U.S. Government continues to disappear people without due process. Many are here legally, and do not have criminal records. We are working to raise awareness to the men, women, and children that are no longer with their families and are unlikely able to advocate for themselves due to the lack of due process and visibility.
